Medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2.
history of pancreatitis
Increased risk profile for this drug class.
active severe kidney disease
Dehydration risk from GI side effects is too high.
pregnancy or breastfeeding
Not a population this medication has been evaluated for.
active severe eating disorder
Care should be coordinated with the treating specialist first.

medical oversight
