our pharmacy
who actually fills
your prescription.
the dedicated disclosure on the licensed pharmacy that dispenses medication for norm patients — and the bar a pharmacy has to clear to be a norm partner.
this page is the who. for the what — what compounded medication means and the regulatory framing of compounding — see compounded medication.
why a separate licensed pharmacy
a deliberate three-entity choice.
Norm Health LLC operates the technology platform and the patient-experience layer. Norm Health LLC does not dispense, manufacture, or ship medication itself. A separate, licensed pharmacy fulfills approved prescriptions.
This is a deliberate choice, not an accident of structure. Each function — operating the platform, prescribing, and dispensing — sits inside its own licensed entity, with its own license, liability, and regulatory regime. The diagram below is the same three-entity model surfaced on medical team; this page focuses on the third entity — the pharmacy.

what this means for your prescription

your clinician

A licensed clinician evaluates your case under medical-director protocol. If clinically appropriate, they write the prescription. If not, no prescription is written.

the pharmacy
fills and ships
The licensed pharmacy prepares the compounded medication to your specific prescription and ships it directly to you. The pharmacy is the licensed dispenser.
about the medication
Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They may be prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

Every case is reviewed by a licensed clinician under medical-director oversight. Medical director information will be published once our supervising physician's services agreement is finalized.
